Tiangong Humanoid Doubles Speed, Climbs Stairs, and Withstands Heavy Hits

The ‘Tiangong’ humanoid robot, developed by the Beijing Humanoid Robot Innovation Center, just received a major upgrade. It can climb 35 cm stairs and navigate rough terrain. Source

Faster Speed – Now runs at 12 km/h, doubling its previous 6 km/h.

Enhanced Stability – Maintains balance on snow, sand, and slopes.

Impact Resistant – Stays upright after a 10kg hit (45 Ns), even on slippery surfaces.
